Winemaker’s Armagnacs

Propose a winemaker’s Armagnac as close as possible to our terroir.

VITI PASTORALISM

This involves practicing soil conservation agriculture. Cultivate vines yes but also cultivate soil fertility. We are therefore implementing new practices: gentle pruning, presence of sheep in the vines, plant cover, little or no tillage, etc. We seek to cultivate on living soil for a healthy plant. Cultivate connections of all kinds, in short.

The TRIPLE ZERO (ZERO reduction, ZERO sugar, ZERO coloring) has become, year after year, our trademark.

It deals with proposing Armagnacs without any make up, any artifice. No possible crutch in adding sugar, water or coloring, etc. Armagnacs must be of high quality and their ageing properly achieved to bear such an exposure.

The result is pure, well-balanced and of great aromatic sharpness.

The uniqueness of our blends.

Our blending approach is also singular in Armagnac. We don’t seek to reproduce a standardized taste but really to propose what seems us to be the most interesting at time T.

Each of our Blends is identified by a batch number. Its composition is transcribed by a little family tree. When the batch is over, we prepare again a new blend which will be slighlty different from the previous one.

Our Armagnacs come from our grapes only. There is no purchase, neither at the harvest stage nor at the eau-de-vie stage.
